End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Rehabit Ltd. (“Rehabit”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Cyprus, regarding your use of the Rehabit software application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Software”).

License Grant

Basic License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a:

Non-transferable.
Revocable.

license to use the Software on compatible devices you own or control.

License Restrictions
You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.
Create derivative works.

Sublicense or redistribute the Software.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization.
Extract or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You acknowledge our ownership of all intellectual property in the Software.

User Content

You retain rights to content you create using the Software.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content to provide and improve the Software.

AI-Generated Content

Usage Rights

AI-generated content is provided for personal use.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Content may be subject to third-party rights.

Limitations

No guarantee of uniqueness or originality.
Results may vary.
Content moderation may be applied.

Account Registration

Requirements

Accurate information must be provided.
Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
One account per user.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We may terminate accounts for security reasons.

Subscription Terms

Payment

Fees are charged as specified in the Software.
Automatic renewal unless cancelled.
No refunds except where required by law.
