END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Rehabit Ltd. (“Rehabit”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Cyprus, regarding your use of the Rehabit software application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Software”).

License Grant

Basic License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a:

  • Limited.
  • Non-exclusive.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Revocable.
  • Personal.
  • license to use the Software on compatible devices you own or control.

 

License Restrictions
You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.
  • Create derivative works.
  • Remove proprietary notices.
  • Bypass security measures.
  • Sublicense or redistribute the Software.
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Extract or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You acknowledge our ownership of all intellectual property in the Software.

 

User Content

  • You retain rights to content you create using the Software.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content to provide and improve the Software.

AI-Generated Content

Usage Rights

  • AI-generated content is provided for personal use.
  • No ownership rights are transferred.
  • Content may be subject to third-party rights.

 

Limitations

  • No guarantee of uniqueness or originality.
  • Results may vary.
  • Content moderation may be applied.

Account Registration

Requirements

  • Accurate information must be provided.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
  • One account per user.

 

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • We may terminate accounts for security reasons.

Subscription Terms

Payment

  • Fees are charged as specified in the Software.
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled.
  • No refunds except where required by law.

 

Changes

  • We may modify subscription terms.
  • Notice will be provided for material changes.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Privacy and Data Collection

Data Processing

  • Data collection and use as described in Privacy Policy.
  • GDPR compliance for EU users.
  • Data security measures implemented.

 

Analytics

  • Usage data collection.
  • Performance monitoring.
  • Service improvement.

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain accurate account information.
  • Use the Software responsibly.
  • Not interfere with service operation.
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized areas.
  • Report violations.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy.
  • Uninterrupted service.
  • Security.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap
Our liability shall not exceed:

  • Amount paid in last 12 months.
  • €100 where no payment made.

 

Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages.
  • Lost profits.
  • Data loss.
  • Business interruption.
  • Special or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Software.
  • Violation of this EULA.
  • Your content.
  • Third-party claims.

Term and Termination

Term

  • Effective until terminated.
  • Automatic renewal for subscriptions.

 

Termination
We may terminate if you:

  • Violate this EULA.
  • Fail to pay fees.
  • Engage in harmful behavior.
  • Upon request by authorities.

Updates and Modifications

Software Updates

  • Automatic updates may be required.
  • Updates may modify functionality.
  • Notice provided for material changes.

  • We may update this EULA.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Export Controls

You agree to comply with:

  • Export laws.

Governing Law

  • Cyprus law governs this EULA.
  • Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • EU laws apply where applicable.

Severability

  • Invalid provisions shall be modified to be valid.
  • Remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Original intent preserved where possible.
